Is this for you?

Built for people who are done drifting

It's for you if

  • You know you're capable of more and you're tired of it not showing.
  • A setback, burnout, illness or failure has knocked you off course.
  • You start strong and then stall, again and again.
  • You want structure, honesty and accountability, not hype.
  • You'll turn up each week and do the work between sessions.

It's not for you if

  • You want a quick motivational high.
  • You're looking for someone to blame for where you are.
  • You won't commit around 3 hours a week for seven weeks.
  • You need clinical support for mental-health or medical issues. Please get that first; this can come after.

The curriculum

One principle a week

Each week has a live teaching and coaching session, one daily practice and one outcome you'll have by the end of the week.

  1. Week1

    Create order first

Rebuild discipline from the smallest unit up: the morning standard, the one-task rule and clearing the physical and mental clutter you've been avoiding.

Outcome: a morning standard you've kept seven days straight.

  2. Week2

    Endure without self-pity

Separate what happened to you from who you are. Rewrite the setback story you keep replaying, and replace rumination with one question: what can I do about it this week?

Outcome: your setback story rewritten as a record, not an identity.

  3. Week3

    Get up and move forward

The one-more-round protocol: the 48-hour rule after any knock-back, restarting what you stopped, and finishing what you start after the excitement wears off.

Outcome: one stalled goal restarted and moving.

  4. Week4

    Treat triumph and disaster alike

Emotional steadiness under pressure: the two-line daily log, taking criticism without collapsing, and not letting a good week make you careless.

Outcome: a daily log habit and a plan for your next bad day.

  5. Week5

    Adapt relentlessly

Stop trying harder at what isn't working. Learn the weekly evidence review, change one variable at a time, and turn failures into data.

Outcome: your first weekly review, with one change made.

  6. Week6

Focus on the future you're building

Set a 12-month target you can say in one sentence, audit where your attention really goes, and protect the first hour of your day for what matters.

Outcome: your 12-month target and a protected daily hour.

  7. Week7

    Think critically, act fairly

Check sources before you react, judge people and situations on the facts, and hold yourself to the standard you expect of others. Then bring all seven together.

Outcome: your written personal standard and a 90-day plan.

Questions

How much time will it take?

About three hours a week: the 90-minute live session, plus short daily practices and check-ins. It's designed for people with jobs, businesses and families.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can post questions in the community and they'll be answered on the next call.

How is this different from reading a self-help book?

A book gives you ideas. This gives you a weekly structure, daily practice, a group who notice when you go quiet, and direct coaching. Most people don't lack information. They lack follow-through.

Is it only for business owners?

No. It's for anyone who has lost momentum and wants it back. Founders and professionals are well represented, but the principles apply to anyone.

Is this therapy?

No. It's coaching and education. If you're dealing with a mental-health or medical issue, please get qualified support first. This programme can sit alongside it, not replace it.

What's the refund policy?

It's set out in full on the refunds page, and you'll see it before you pay.

What happens after the seven weeks?

You keep the recordings, workbook and tools. If you want closer support afterwards, 1:1 coaching with Craig is available by application.

Not ready yet?

Start with the free masterclass.

Learn all seven principles, and decide afterwards whether you want to go deeper.
