Your 14-day cooling-off right

If you buy online, you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start providing the programme within those 14 days (for example, by joining a live session or accessing materials), you agree that you will pay for what you have received if you then cancel.

Our "turn up and try" promise

Attend the first two live sessions and do the week-one and week-two exercises. If you don't feel it's right for you, email [email protected] before the week-three session and we'll refund you in full. No awkward questions.

After week three

From the week-three session onwards, we don't offer refunds except where the law requires it, or where we have cancelled or significantly changed the programme.

Payment plans

If you pay in instalments and receive a refund, we cancel any remaining payments.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. We aim to process refunds within 5 working days, back to the original payment method.
