Who we are

Get Up and Move Forward is run by Craig McIntosh, Edinburgh, Scotland ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

When you register or join a list: your first name, email address, whether you asked for our weekly email, and the page and campaign you came from.
When you take the scorecard: your answers and scores, so we can send your report and relevant follow-up.
When you buy: your name, email and order details. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your card number.
When you take part in the programme: what you post in the members' community and attendance at sessions.
When you browse: privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics about page visits. We keep a note of how you arrived (for example a campaign link) in your browser for that visit only.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To deliver what you asked for (joining links, reminders, replays, scorecard report, programme access): contract or legitimate interests.
To send our weekly email and offers: consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link.
To understand which pages and campaigns work: legitimate interests.
To keep financial records: legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the service: website hosting and security (IONOS, Cloudflare), email lists and automation on our own servers (listmonk and n8n), email sending (Amazon Web Services), checkout and payments (GoCushy and Stripe, and PayPal if you choose it), and the members' area (iGloo). Some may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Marketing data until you unsubscribe or have not engaged for 24 months. Customer records for six years for tax purposes. Scorecard answers for 24 months.
